My package is taking a long time to deliver! Why is that so?

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, both Canada Post and USPS have immense package backlogs; if you wish to save on shipping costs, we unfortunately ask you to be patient.

If you want to get your package as fast as possible, please check out using the express shipping option! It comes with tracking, at a more expensive rate.

Can I recycle / compost my packaging?

As of now, our bubble mailers & cardboard backings can be put in the recycle bin, but we are working towards buying and using compostable bubble mailers!

My item arrived damaged :( Is it possible to get a replacement?

Unfortunately, incidents with the Post Office are possible! While we make sure that every item we ship leaves our hands in proper condition, a lot can happen in between. Consult our guidelines & policies on the Return page for further details.

When will you restock?

We announce every restock on our social media pages! If you are looking for a specific item, follow us on Twitter, Instagram or Facebook to stay updated. We would ask you kindly to refrain from emailing us asking for a specific restock; instead, use our social media pages to suggest for items to return, to avoid clogging our inbox!
